When a furnace quits in a Minnesota January, it’s an emergency. We repair every make and model, and when it’s time to replace, we size the new furnace to your home and walk you through the choices: single-stage, two-stage, condensing and modulating high-efficiency gas furnaces.
Boilers give even, quiet radiant heat, and plenty of north-metro homes still run on them. We repair older boilers and install new high-efficiency wall-hung boilers with clean, labeled piping, circulators and manifolds.
Warm floors in a basement, a bathroom or a whole new build. We lay out and install hydronic radiant tubing and the boiler and manifold that drive it, and we repair existing radiant systems.
A heated garage turns a frozen January into a workable shop. We install and repair gas, propane, electric, infrared and radiant tube garage heaters, sized for the space and vented properly.
Water heaters live next to the furnace and share the same venting and gas line, so we handle them too: repairs, replacements and new installs.

No ducts? No problem. Ductless mini-splits heat and cool additions, finished garages, three-season porches and rooms the main system never reached.

Ductwork, sheet metal, air quality and the equipment that moves air through the house.
Leaky, undersized or poorly laid-out ducts make rooms too hot or too cold no matter how good the equipment is. We repair and replace ductwork and fabricate sheet metal to fit.
After a remodel, a move-in or years of build-up, a duct cleaning clears out dust and debris so the system can breathe.
The air handler moves air through the whole house. We repair blowers and controls and install new air handlers matched to the heat pump or AC.
Minnesota homes are built tight to hold heat, which means stale air, winter dryness and summer humidity stay inside. We install and repair air exchangers, dehumidifiers, whole-house filtration, air purifiers and UV germicidal lights.
