Brooklyn Park is one of the larger cities in the north metro, sitting along the Mississippi just south of Champlin and Coon Rapids. The south end has a lot of 1960s–1980s homes, the north end newer subdivisions, and there is a large base of industrial, office and restaurant space along the highway corridors.
That mix fits what we do: residential furnaces and AC on one call, commercial kitchen exhaust or a rooftop unit on the next.

Brooklyn Park questions
Asked by Brooklyn Park homeowners.
More answers on the HVAC questions page.
Smell gas? Leave the house, don’t flip switches, and call your gas utility or 911 from outside. CO alarm? Get everyone out and call 911. No heat in freezing weather? Call us, and never use the oven or a grill indoors for heat.
Do you do commercial HVAC in Brooklyn Park?
Yes. We install and repair commercial kitchen exhaust (canopy hoods, exhaust fans, makeup air units) and replace and repair rooftop units, along with commercial HVAC maintenance.
Why does my restaurant’s kitchen hood need makeup air?
A hood pulls a lot of air out of the building. Without a makeup air unit replacing it, doors get hard to open, the hood doesn’t capture smoke well and appliances can draft poorly. The exhaust and makeup air have to be designed together.
My 1970s Brooklyn Park home still has the original ducts. Is that a problem?
Not always, but older ducts are often leaky or undersized for today’s equipment. We check static pressure and airflow when we quote a replacement and tell you if the ducts need work.
